SoftwareONE, a leading provider of Technology and Software Portfolio Management solutions and services, recently brought together 850 employees from Europe, the Middle East and Africa for its annual Kick Off to review and consider new objectives and strategies for 2017.
For three days, the SoftwareONE team took over the entire Convention Centre, all meeting rooms in Hotel Caribe, and some in Hotel PortAventura, making use of a total of 28 subcommittee rooms. The company also took advantage of a large plenary space for the 850 delegates, exclusive accommodation at Hotel PortAventura and Hotel Caribe, and the buffet restaurants at the hotels for lunchtime services.
For the first night of the event, SoftwareONE delegates enjoyed exclusive access to a PortAventura Park area where various rides and games areas were available and a theme dinner was held at La Cantina Mexican restaurant.
The Kick Off closed with an all-night party in the Alexandria Room of the Convention Centre with food trucks and DJ.

During the two-day event, the 150 delegates participated in professional meetings and a series of team-building and gamification activities.
The participants stayed at the exclusive Hotel Callaghan’s with direct access to PortAventura Park, where they enjoyed a team-building activity. In the evening, a gala dinner was held at the Gran Opera restaurant of the Gold River Hotel, followed by a exclusive party at the Far-West Saloon of PortAventura Park.
