With the participation of 4,500 professionals working for SEAT’s international sales network, the event occupied the whole of the convention centre (13,000m2) and its communal areas. The Alexandria, the centre’s largest function room, was divided into two spaces: in one of these, an octagon was assembled, with a seating capacity for 300 people and equipment for projections and 360º content, where an original and impressive presentation of the new vehicle was made; while the other was given over to an exhibition highlighting the evolution of the SEAT Ibiza from when it was first made. In the rest of the centre’s function rooms, the brand’s vehicles were showcased for carrying out different activities.
A total of 7,500 overnight stays were made at the PortAventura Hotel and the Caribe Hotel. The terraces of the exclusive Lumine Beach Club, an 8 min drive from the convention centre, was chosen for holding an Ibiza-style party with live music and sea views. All the spaces, from the lobby of the convention centre to the bottom of the swimming pool of the venue hosting the final party, were personalized with the firm’s branding and the slogan of the event: “Inside Ibiza”.
