I.- Personal and regional context:
All internet users over the age of 18 years old may take part in the promotion organised by Port Aventura Entertainment, S.A.U. with Tax ID no. A-63.776.306 (hereinafter PORTAVENTURA).
Minors, PORTAVENTURA employees, as well as employees of partner companies that are involved in this promotion, are not permitted to take part in this promotion. Their family members (third or lower degree of blood or spousal relationship) and companies in general are also not permitted to take part.
The objective of this promotion is to publicise the image of PortAventura Business & Events, motivate and encourage visits and registrations online at www.portaventuraevents.com and for the virtual tour at www.portaventuraevents.com/tour-virtual/
II.- Timeline:
The promotion will be held from 13 to 27 July 2020.
III.- Access to the promotion and participation:
To take part in the promotion that will take place under the terms established in these rules, participants must:
1. Access the 360º Virtual Tour at www.portaventuraevents.com/tour-virtual/. The link will be sent through a newsletter to the addresses in our database and advertised on LinkedIn.
2. Navigate the virtual tour of the PortAventura Convention Centre at www.portaventuraevents.com. The user must find three of the eight keys hidden in the rooms and common spaces of the convention centre and click on them. Once three keys have been found, a pop-up will appear for the participant to fill in their personal details and accept the privacy policy terms and conditions.
3. The prize draw will be held on 28 July through CoolTabs. 3 participants will be randomly selected as the winners of a stay at PortAventura World during the 2020-2021-2022 season. Three additional reserve participants will be selected.
4- On 28 July, the 3 winners of the prize draw will be sent an e-mail together with the prize attached in the form of a certificate.
IV.- Prize:
Participants who meet the required terms and conditions may win a stay consisting of 2 nights bed and breakfast in a standard room for a maximum of 4 adults, in Hotel PortAventura, Hotel Caribe, Hotel el Paso or Hotel Gold River with unlimited access to PortAventura Park throughout the stay, as well as one day in Ferrari Land (subject to the opening dates and times of the hotels and parks). The prize does not include access to PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park, or any food or extras that can be purchased on the premises. It does not include the tourist tax to be paid by the client at the time of formalising their stay at the hotel (check-in) and corresponds to €0.99 per person/night.
The prize is valid for stays up to and including 6 January 2022, in accordance with the hotels‘ opening schedule and subject to availability.
V.- Procedure of the prize draw
During the indicated promotional period, participation is open to all internet users who meet the requirements established in these rules.
Each person may only enter once throughout the duration of the promotion.
On 28 July 2020, winners will be picked from all participants that have entered, in the form of a prize draw carried out through a platform that will guarantee the randomness of the result.
These additional reserve participants, in chronological order, will be selected in any of the following cases:
a) If the winner does not meet all the requirements for participation in the prize draw.
b) If the winner could not be located.
c) If for any reason the winner does not accept the prize.
d) If the winner breaches the restrictions or commits any of the violations set out in these rules.
The registrations of the reserve participants must also meet the requirements stipulated in these rules. In the event that it is not possible to assign the prize to a winner, the prize draw will be declared null and void.
The prize is not exchangeable for its cash amount, or for any other prize, or subject to change, alteration, transfer or compensation at the request of the winner. Trade and/or sale of the prize is prohibited.
In the case of force majeure or for reasons beyond the control of PORTAVENTURA, it may substitute the indicated prize for another of equal or similar characteristics.
The waiver of the prize will not grant the renouncer the right to any indemnity or compensation.
VI.- Communication of the winners and distribution award of prizes
The selected participants will be informed by e-mail that they have won the prize. In this communication, they will be provided with further instructions on how to claim it.
The winner will have a maximum period of 3 days from such communication to express, by the same method, whether he/she accepts or rejects the prize. It is understood that the prize will be deemed rejected in the event that it is not explicitly accepted in the expected time period and that it will be awarded to another participant.
The prize is non-transferable, i.e., if under any circumstances the winners or the additional reserve participants cannot or do not want to accept, or they relinquish, the award, they could not be contacted at the address provided, or they do not meet the requirements set forth herein, or in the event that there are no participants, the prize will be declared void.
VII.- Complaints
The period for making a complaint about any problem or event related to this promotion will end after three months from the date of the end of the promotional period.
VIII.- Acceptance of terms and conditions
By participating in this promotion, the participants accept the terms and the criteria of PORTAVENTURA as regards the resolution of any matter arising from the same.
PORTAVENTURA may, in the case of detecting fraudulent use of the promotion, amend these terms and conditions in the relevant provisions to achieve the correct operation of the same.
IX.- Privacy Policy
PORT AVENTURA ENTERTAINMENT, S.A.U., Avenida Alcalde Pere Molas, km 2, 43480 Vila-seca (Tarragona) in compliance with provisions of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, we inform you that we process the personal data that you provide to us with the purpose of managing your participation in the competition, to be able to contact you in the event that you are a winner and to deliver any applicable prizes. Within 3 months from the end of the promotion, the data of the participants who are not winners will automatically be destroyed.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent given to participate in the prize draw.
Your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party, except in those cases where it is required by law.
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether PORT AVENTURA ENTERTAINMENT, S.A.U. is processing personal data concerning you, or not.
In addition, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request rectification of inaccurate data or, as the case may be, request erasure if, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only retain it to bring or defend claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons linked to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. PORT AVENTURA ENTERTAINMENT, S.A.U. will cease to process the data, except for legitimate compelling reasons, or to bring or defend potential claims.
You may also exercise the right to portability of the data, or withdraw consent provided at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.

X.- Taxation
Law 35/2006 of 28 November on Individual Income Tax; Royal Decree 439/2007, of 30 March, approving its regulation, and subsequent amendments and implementing rules, shall apply to the prizes of this promotion.
For the purposes of the aforementioned regulations, it is stated that the individual award does not exceed 300 euros.
