More than one thousand Iceland Foods store managers gathered at the PortAventura Convention Centre to celebrate the Store Managers Conference 2025, an annual event organized by the agency Cascade Productions that brought together teams from the United Kingdom and Ireland under the motto “Be brave.”

During two intense days, the combination of exclusive spaces, technology, gastronomy, and entertainment turned the event into a unique corporate experience.

An event with an international flavor

The Alexandria Hall at PortAventura Convention Centre hosted the plenary session, attended by over 1,000 participants for corporate presentations and Iceland Foods keynote speeches.

The space, equipped with a large-format central LED screen, allowed for seamless integration of visual content and reinforced the brand message in a fully professional and customized environment. The day included a coffee break between sessions, designed to encourage networking and idea exchange among attendees, all of whom were Iceland store managers from the UK and Ireland.

Exclusive openings at Ferrari Land and PortAventura Park: tailored experiences

The PortAventura Business & Events team, together with Cascade Productions, organized a program combining work sessions, leisure, and entertainment.

On the first day, attendees participated in an exclusive opening of Ferrari Land, enjoying iconic attractions, a show designed specifically for the group, and a cocktail-style lunch inside the park. On the second day, activities were held outside the park, followed by access to a private area in the Far West section of PortAventura Park.

The experience began with a welcome drink and a live show, followed by a themed dinner at various park restaurants. Attendees were able to enjoy the attractions and a Western-themed play area, adding a playful and distinctive touch to the corporate event.

A spectacular closing in Mediterrània

The event concluded with a celebration in the Mediterrània area of PortAventura Park, combining a show, live music, and technology. Guests enjoyed a drone and fireworks show, followed by a disco area with a live band and access to the iconic Furius Baco ride.

Overall, the PortAventura Business & Events team managed 8,500 catering services with their in-house team, ensuring a flawless experience in both logistics and attention to detail.

The “Be brave” event exemplifies PortAventura Business & Events’ ability to execute large-scale corporate projects, integrating unique spaces, creativity, and high-level technical solutions.

Once again, the resort demonstrates its versatility and commitment to providing experiences that combine work sessions, motivation, and entertainment in an unparalleled Mediterranean setting.
