Storytelling, technology and design to turn a convention into an experience with impact.

GAME’s corporate convention found the perfect setting at PortAventura Convention Centre to bring a clear idea to life: transform a strategic gathering into an experience with real impact. Working with agency Planta18, the event embraced a concept that brought together creativity, innovation and narrative under one central theme: Game Intelligence. The result was a convention designed to be lived—not just heard.

A transformed space to tell a story

The Alexandria Room became the heart of the event. Fully themed, the space was shaped around the event’s narrative and welcomed attendees from the very first moment, creating an immersive and dynamic atmosphere.

Every element of the environment aligned with the concept, reinforcing coherence between content, format and experience.

Technology in the service of engagement

One of the event’s key differentiators was the use of technology as a storytelling tool. Attendees had personalized credentials and unique avatars, designed specifically for each guest, strengthening the sense of belonging and participation.

In addition, a bespoke virtual assistant acted as the guiding thread of the convention: it introduced content, energized the sessions and interacted with speakers, bringing rhythm, continuity and coherence to the agenda.

Strategic content and an end-to-end experience

The programme combined strategic presentations with networking spaces, integrated into a holistic experience that was rounded off with leisure moments at PortAventura Park.
